Ingredients

cream cheese, softened
½
teaspoon
dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)
(divided)

cup
marinara sauce
(any type)

ounces
mozzarella, shredded by hand
20
pepperonis, cut in quarters
¼
teaspoon
red pepper flakes
(omit if you don't like spice)
fresh parsley
(optional garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Spread cream cheese in the bottom of a 6 x 9 baking dish.
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
Sprinkle top of cream cheese with dried oregano.
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)
Top with marinara, followed by a layer of mozzarella and the quartered pepperoni slices.
1 cup marinara sauce,
8 ounces mozzarella, shredded by hand,
20 pepperonis, cut in quarters
Dust top of dip with remaining dried oregano and crushed red pepper flakes. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes until bubbly.

Garnish with fresh parsley (optional). Serve with pita chips and crostini.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat leftovers in the microwave in 30 second intervals.
Freeze dip before or after baking for up to 3 months.
Thaw in the fridge before baking frozen dip.
