Instructions
Combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
Mix in the peppermint extract and vanilla extract on low speed until the flavors are fully blended.
Fold in the whipped topping with a silicone spatula until the dip becomes fluffy.
Stir in most of the crushed candy canes and the white chocolate chips (or use crushed peppermint bark).
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover it and chill for at least one hour so the flavors can mingle.
Garnish with the remaining crushed candy canes and whole candy canes before serving.
