½cupdried chipped beefchopped (measure after chopping)
3green onionschopped (save a few for garnish)
16ouncescream cheese, softened
½cupsour cream
1Tablespoonyellow mustard
¼teaspoongarlic powder
1TablespoonWorcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cream the base: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using a hand or stand mixer. Mix in sour cream and yellow mustard. Scrape down the sides and blend again until fully combined.
Get chunky: Add the chopped beef, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend just until mixed, don’t overdo it. You want a little texture.
Bake it: Spread the dip into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on the edges.
Serve it up: Garnish with extra green onions and serve hot with plenty of Ritz crackers or other dippers.
Notes
Don’t skip softening the cream cheese, it’s the key to a smooth dip.
Double the batch if you're feeding a crowd. This dip disappears fast.
