Instructions
Add cottage cheese to a food processor or blender and mix until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
16 ounces cottage cheese
Mix in orange marmalade, orange zest and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

Pour mixture into a serving bowl and garnish with crumbled graham crackers and orange zest.

Notes
If you like a sweeter dip, feel free to add a teaspoon or two of powdered sugar to the mix.
Make ahead up to 2 days in advance.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Freezing is not recommended due to the dairy content.
