Ingredients

cottage cheese
(equals 2 cups)

ounce
ranch seasoning packet
(equals 3 Tablespoons)
1-2
Tablespoons
fresh dill weed, finely chopped
(taste after 1 Tablespoon and add more if desired)
Instructions
Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and whip until smooth.
16 ounces cottage cheese
Mix in ranch seasoning and fresh dill weed. Whip again until creamy.

Pour dip into a serving dish. Serve with fresh vegetables on a platter or tray if desired. Can also be served with pretzels, crackers, or crostini.
Notes
Make dip up to 1 day ahead and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Freezing is not recommended due to the high dairy content.
