Whenever I’m craving a nutritious dip without a ton of fat, I make ranch dip with cottage cheese and keep it in the fridge for snack emergencies. It’s got all of the flavor of a heavier spread without the addition of cream cheese or mayo. 😄

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Whip it good! Add the cottage cheese to a food processor and blend until it’s totally smooth and creamy (no lumps allowed).
  2. Toss in the Flavor: Add fresh dill and ranch seasoning. Pulse a few more times until everything is perfectly combined.

  • 16 ounces cottage cheese - (equals 2 cups)
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning packet - (equals 3 Tablespoons)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons fresh dill weed, finely chopped - (taste after 1 Tablespoon and add more if desired)

Instructions
