2green onions, sliced(reserve 1 tablespoon for the garnish)
Instructions
Add softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, jalapeño, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, and green onions to a large mixing bowl.
8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature, 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 fresh jalapeno, diced, 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix, 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded, 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, 2 green onions, sliced
Gently stir everything together.
Blend with a hand mixer or stir vigorously with a spoon until mixed well, but still chunky.
Sprinkle the top with the reserved cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeño, and green onions. Chill until ready to serve or enjoy immediately.
Notes
Make Ahead: Stir everything together and refrigerate up to a day ahead. Add the toppings right before serving.
Leftovers: Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Stir before serving again.
Freeze: This dip can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Plan to bake it after it thaws. For best results, thaw it in the refrigerator overnight, then bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes until bubbly. Add the toppings after it comes out of the oven.
