Step by Step Instructions

  1. Blend the Cream Cheese: Start by adding the softened cream cheese to a food processor or mixer. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth, then scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Blend for another 30 seconds to make sure it’s perfectly creamy.
  2. Add the Lime Juice: Pour in the freshly squeezed lime juice and blend for another 30 seconds. Don’t forget to scrape down the sides again to ensure everything’s incorporated, and blend until smooth with no lumps.
  3. Mix in Sweetened Condensed Milk: Add the can of sweetened condensed milk and mix until everything is thoroughly combined and creamy.
  4. Serve and Garnish: Pour the dip into a festive dish and surround it with butter cookies and your favorite Easter chocolates. Top it all off with some rainbow sprinkles for a colorful, fun decoration!

Dip Tips

  1. Always use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture.
  2. For the best taste, make sure you’re using freshly squeezed lime juice. Bottled lime juice just doesn’t pack the same punch.
  3. Whipping the cream cheese before mixing it with other ingredients keeps lumps at a minimum.
